I think I make a 1/2 pot or so value bet on the river. You raised PF and Flop and Turn, I would have put you on an AA2x type hand, and now if I had my set before the river, I would be worried about you checking behind, so I would have to bet out here. Therefore, I think you can assume he doesn't have a boat, and you can value bet here.

Given read on opponent I'd bet 1/2 the pot here. I doubt he'd bluf with a CR so if you get raised you're probably in trouble. I doubt he would call that bet, but there's definite possibility he will.
