Just looking for some thoughts on how I played this hand. Somebody commented sarcastically "lol..way to play aces" after the hand, which got me thinking whether or not I had indeed played them poorly.

(I don't belive the hand converter works for Absolute PLO, so somebody yell at me if there is a convenient hand converter I should be using)

I'm not sure my PF raise was wise. I was either hoping to get reraised or at least sweeten the pot a bit as I had a better than average AA hand.

Am curious what anybody thinks of my
1) PF bet
2) Flop bet
3) call of all-in raise (I half suspected I was beat but figured I was getting close enough odds that I might as well call)

Why are you playing with a half-stack. If you just lost half a stack and did not get the opportunity to rebuy that sucks, but routinely buying in for half a stack is a terrible idea. Buy in full.

Your stack actually dictates the play of the hand. If you were full stacked, I like the raise pre-flop, and it would be an easy fold on the flop. That flop is just about as bad as it gets for your hand.

With a half stack, I would limp pre-flop. The min-raise in front did you no favors. you can't see as cheap of a flop if you want to, and you can't commit your stack pre-flop. So limp and hope some one re-pops it so you can get it all in pre-flop. If no one pops it, this flop is easy to get away from.

So yeah, I think you overplayed your aces on the flop. Villain had just about the best possible hand you could expect given the action, and you are still crushed.
