sugarbar is a solidish player and lpflame is a calling station. Notice the stack sizes.

I would probably make a small raise with the intention of a very deep river reach to catch your calling station if he's on a low-only hand (or a flush draw which hits and makes you a boat).

I think there's lots of ways to play it but a priority has to be to build a side big pot with the calling station who is likely to either be 3/4ed or scooped at this point.
