I think you will receive approximately 0 useful pieces of info by posting this. Your raw stats for both periods seem pretty similar, give or take a few % here or there, 20k hands doesn't seem a particularly large sample and 2.3k hands is next to meaningless except for very straightforward things like VPIP and aggression. Anyways, you don't seem to be doing anything different according to the numbers but I don't know if you can read anything into that (in fact, I'd go so far as to say that you can't). You don't seem to play more hands in LP than you do in EP for either of your sample sets which seems a bit odd, though perhaps low and mid-limit PLO8 is the game where position is about the least important of any big-bet game, so it's perhaps not too troubling.
This is just a personal thing but I think except for VERY wide generalities (i.e. I'm playing too much in EP, I'm not playing enough hands PF, I'm running really bad) you can't read too much into PTO stats, I think its real personal analytical power is at its best in limit games, and for big-bet games you're better analysing individual hands street-by-street to look for any possible replicated errors.
