I got 78JJds in the SB and there are 5 limpers to me, I complete and the BB raises. Everyone calls so I do too.

Flop is , I lead out hoping the BB to raise but he flat calls. UTG raises however, UTG+1 calls and it folds back to me. I re-raise hoping to push out the BB but he calls too, as does UTG and UTG+1.

4 to the turn which is the ugly . I check, BB checks, UTG bets, UTG+1 calls, I call, BB calls.

River is the tricky , I check planning on calling any bet (barring a bet, raise, re-raise) however it gets checked around and my hand is good.

Reads:

I'd never seen the BB raise before this hand so I was somewhat leary of AA, except once the river was an A i felt I was most likely up against Axyz with 2 of them being low.

UTG is an utter donk. He calls down with a FD on a AAx board, and he called down with TJQ2 on a 58T flop (the fact that he's even playing hands like TJQ2 should indicate his donklikedness). He also overplays with 2nd or 3rd best hands.

I have no read on UTG+1.

Uhh....fold preflop?

If not, then I can live with how you played it. I'd probably have tried for a checkraise on the flop myself, but I just kinda like checkraising I guess.

ALright well i've tightened up from the SB a lot since then so thanks, i never realised it was such a big leak.

I'm OK with your line throughout (even the pre-flop call). However, there is one caveat, I only make that pre-flop call on an action table. If there are people willing to pay you off big with an underboat I’m willing to pay ½ a bet to see a flop. If the table is mostly reasonable I agree with JD and Monk that you should fold pre-flop.
