I think we need a FAQ thread or something of the like, this question comes up a ton.
In summary:
I LIKE - Ciaffone, Reuben, the Berman bit in SS2. AFAIK there is no book that goes deeply into omaha. The Stewart Reuben quiz book (How good is your pot limit omaha?) is about the closest, but a lot of the material in it is NOT suitable to be related to the online game due to game structure differences. Also some of it is a bit frustratingly poorly presented. A good book to get you thinking about strategic and tactical issues, however.
My esteemed Dutch colleague Mr Rolf Slotboom currently has a work in progress which, given the paucity of good PLO material around other than titbits from the internet, is highly likely to be a must-own book, though I'll reserve glowing praise until reading it! It may also fall into the "big stack games" advice category (i.e. 500+ BBs), but i'm sure a lot of the advice will be applicable to your games and, knowing some of Rolf's other writing, it's bound to be well thought-out and full of advice that will help your game. If you're hard up, I suggest you maybe have a look at the other titles and wait for Rolf's.
