bail on flop? bail on turn?

button is generally a slight loser overall, no info on others, possible newbies?
I thought a small lead on flop might gather some sort of info?

i like the check on the flop to get more info. sometimes you get screwed when it gets checked through, but i find that certain players will define their hands with bets and calls. of course, you can CR if the conditions are right for it.

one problem with the flop lead OOP is what to do when the turn is crap. now you have to show weakness, and the bets and calls tend to represent a wider range.

this is a marginal hand, but it might be one that you want to show down... esp. since you have the flush redraw. as such, i might call and reevaluate on the river.

i imagine folding would likely only be a small -EV mistake, if it even is one.


how the hell do you have no reads on people if you play so much on stars. i think it's really key in situations like this to use reads.
