If you like playing that loose, it probably isn't a real problem, as a lot of good players do.
For the last month or so, I've been playing "the way you should"--you can check out Monk's articles for what's good and what's bad, and that's pretty much the same as Bob Ciaffone and others (many of whom suggest tighter still).
Playing JJ-AA at least for a limp even with no side cards and SOME 3-legged dogs (never for a raise), I end up with somewhere around a VPIP of 25%. I figure that's about the number of flops you see playing more or less "by the book" if the book is more on the loose side.
