The table had been very very loose pf I reraised to try and isolate the button, but the guy called anyway.

On the flop I felt like betting out might get the other guy to fold, rather than see another card, and let me get HU with the idiot shortstack. But I also felt that if he called it would likely be with a draw, and I had the strong flush draw(very very confident no one had the nut flush draw). As I was going to call any bet from him due to the flush draw I thoguht I'd lead out with it.

Strange hand, I'm not sure what the best way of playing it is...
I probably wouldn't reraise preflop, since your hand plays better in a multiway pot and needs a good flop.
How you can be so sure that the nut flush draw isn't out I can't tell; it's still omaha...
And what kind of draw would you expect him to call with?
I'm still not sure what to say about the hand, except for that I would probably look for a better spot to play for my stack, especially if the table is full of loose weak players.

Maybe somebody else has something meaningful to say?

fold preflop to the raise and reraise. you hand isn't that good. Sure its double suited but has limited straight potential and just a mid pair and you are out of position.
