This guy had been betting weird amounts constantly and doing it with about half the hands. He would raise to 51 cents which is 1 cent higher than a min raise. It rare that he puts in a close to max bet like he did. I decided to fold and wait for a better time. What to do?

This hand was pretty weak on my part but being out of position, I was looking to fill cheaply and he kept it pretty cheap. I was ready to fold to any significant bet on river but he checked. Too weak on this hand?

Correct to draw to flush on flop and correct fold on turn?

Hand 1 - he's only calling with a hand that beats you. If you're determined to show down here you could always check/call and try to induce a bluff. Only reason to bet out is if you think he might have a broadway straight draw and fold to the flush card, but with only 1/2 the pot to bet I think most people call with that anyhow. To be honest, this connects every draw in existence so I think you can sadly afford to check-fold here, unless you have a read suggesting he plays something like middle set that passively. Even then I think putting your last $15 on the river is going to lose it for you more often than the pot odds are paying out. Sucky river, that's poker.

Hand 2 - Good bluff by him. Still, I think this would be a very tough call. 3-1 odds on the main pot but there's a good chance you could be only playing for the side pot. This seems like a decent enough fold on the face of it.

Hand 3 - Seems like a pretty easy call. Fine all the way.

Hand 4 - flop call is a little loose if you think the rest will certainly fold (or raise a big flush), unless you know the better will pay off nicely if you catch, in which case implied odds make it A-OK. Other than that, played fine. Betting the river would not be +EV against most players, seems he's looking for a cheap showdown. If he has 2nd nut flush or something, just give it up.

Hand 5 - flop call again a bit loose, but one advantage is that there's players still to act who, if they're passive (usually at this level) will put some dead money in for you. Well, it didn't work out. On the turn there's no chance of you being better than 1 in 4 to win it (even if ALL your king and flush outs are live) and the pot is paying you worse than that, so it's an easy fold.
