No, get your money in every time. You're going to be ahead 95% of the time here. Don't over complicate things; top set on a PLO board with no completed draws is never foldable under any circumstances.

It's possible in omaha for a drawing hand to be money favourite with one card to come; you need 21 outs or more. It is, however, very rare, and there's precisely no possibility of being up against a hand which is so much better that you can fold the top set, on the flop or the turn. I pretty much always go to the felt and/or raise the maximum amount possible with top set when there's no made draw out.
