I suppose the idea is that if you opponent is drawing 1 on the third draw, you can assume that he is drawing to 9-14 outs, depending on which of his cards you are covering. IF that is the case, the great majority of time, he will brick.

This is probably more effective in position, but against a weak player this seems good.
Thoughts?
