I am not sure if I did the right thing on 6th and 7th. The villian was in about 45% of the pots voluntarily and had gone to showdown 22% of the time with a 45% win rate.

I was trying to bluff the flushand or str8 on 6th and figured I had enough outs with the str8 draw to raise. I am wondering if this would have been more effective had I started it on 5th street or is this just misplaying the hand. I was hoping he would throw away a 2 pairish hand since i did not see much in his hand as it played out.

Was the river raise just throwing money into the wind? On 6th street he had spent some time before calling so I thought it might be a good attempt.

Or was I overthinking and just tossing money away ?
