This is pretty accurate.
Normal rules of play and ettiquette, outside of what beats what, simply do not apply. They have 2/4 and 4/8, drop is $3 at 2/4 and $4 at 4/8, usually 8 handed tables. They allow way too much coffeehousing - and drunken coffeehousing leads to brawls. The lobbying rules are not enforced. I have seen two known drunk donors walk into the room, sit down at a 4/8 table with only 3 other people there, and a mad rush take place among the other players in the room to fill the other two chairs - all this in the middle of a hand at the tables they are trying to leave. Obviously, no need to request a seat change.
Booze is cheap and there are insanely drunk girls all weekend long. It is the most happining nightspot in town. Not a place to go for a poker purist, but it is a hell of a lot of fun.
