Got an email this morning announcing that Betfair is finally leaving Cryptologic at the end of this month. The new software looks great from what they are showing at the moment and seem to have designed it with the multi-tabler in mind. I am not sure what their state of play will be regarding US players, but my RB affiliate has informed me that the 30% rakeback deal I currently get will remain unaffected.

I expect there will be some good bonuses/promos to be had come launch. If anyone is interested a demo of the new software can be found here

Player Location Map

This feature will allow you to view where in the world any potential opponents are playing, on top of what time of day it is at their location. This could be useful when selecting your game, as you may be able to make a judgement about whether you’re playing someone who is freshly awake or well past their bedtime!

I just hope that Betfair would throw out more promotion for new user sign ups for this year.
