I logged on and it still looks the same. Is there something I need to do to make the multi-tabling move to different tables? Really confused here.

Did you log on and download the upgrade? Did you try to open multiple tables? If so, and no luck, I would e-mail support.

How do I "download the upgrade"? I can't find any place to do that and no download starts automatically.

OK, finally figured it out. Had to uninstall and reinstall. But it works!!! Yay!!!!
