Bonus whoring, where to next?

Postby Drade » Mon Mar 21, 2005 1:38 pm

After I finish up this month's Party re-load, I'll need some new bonus's to unlock. Having already finished GC, ChecknRaise, Paradise, Interpoker, and UB's, what should be my next move? I'm leaing toward Poker Mountain, but am interested in Full Tilt and Victory poker as well. Any recommendations based on your experiences on which way I should go?

Full Tilt is good. I clear it playing .50/1 and 1/2 Omaha and O8 because most of the pots get bigger then in HE.

I am going to try Absolute next. I have money in Poker Mountian and Gus's site but for some reason Gus's site in giving me problems loading and I havn't taken the time to contact support.

How is poker mountain? I assume the bonus there clears faster than at Full Tilt? I've read that Full Tilt is a pain to clear, so I'm a little wary, but the size of it is too good to keep passing on. Another question, does it clear faster if you play higher stakes? Say I was playing 5/10, would it clear faster, or is it like Party and it's just based on # of raked hands?

I played one day at Poker Mountian and pulled my money. PM just didn't have enough players or games going at the time plus I had the Full Tilt bonus to clear. The PM Bonus doesn't have a time limit so I am waiting for more players to arrive.

Brian IO limit just is to risky. A monster starting hand is just to easy to get cracked. Play the 1/2 NLHE and play tight tight tight. Once you win a hand stay tight tight tight. Let the blinds eat away as long as you stay on the + side of your buy in. Remember your bonus whoring not trying to beat the game. If you want to beat the game then your not bonus whoring. It's ok to get -$20 of your buy in becasue one hand and your back on the + side. It does get boring though.

If you know how to play Omaha you can clear it even faster.

I do play Omaha and that is how I plan on clearing the current Party reload bonus. I just got so frustrated with the game at the time (right in the middle of my big losing streak) that I just felt it was better to withdraw.

I'd like to get on this bonus trail but is it a pain to give out your account information again and again. I've only played at Party and if I remember right I had to jump through a few hoops to finally get them to let me cash out and what not.
