I dont know if my spelling is correct, but look at the other spelling. Its disturbing.

While i do think its hilarious that the guy from luckyriver basically called that guy a little small-time, penny-pinching bitch who'd sell his own momma off into slavery for two bucks, i also think its messed up that a poker site would erroneously advertise something, then refuse to honor it, especially in such an uncivil way. That is not fraud per se, but it DEFINITELY is not legal, at least not here. I am not much of a bonus whore, and to some extent i think that the rabid bonus whores sacrifice too much just to earn chintzy bonuses (like play in small-ass, not-good action games at crappie sites just to get 50 freekin bucks)....

Anyways, my question is (and maybe excession can answer this one) this: I had a dispute with UB over an 8k cashout (long story) that they refused to do for me, and i sent em a long winded email about how they are indeed subject to jurisdiction of the US under the long arm statute because they purposefully availed themselves of the laws when they allowed customers in the US (and whatever states those people live in) to use thier site. Theres a lot of caselaw that is sort of on point, but nothing exactly right there (i didnt look much tho). Anyways we resolved the issue without any sort of legal problem, but the long and short of it was that they told me i was wrong-- So my question for anyone that might happen to know the answer is, to what extent are the poker sites bound by the laws of the states/countries in which they do thier 'buisiness', if at all?\

I dont know why you think BW sucks, I like their site, I have gotten a bunch of bonus that I would have missed out on if I didnt read their site once and while. If I am going to play anyways why not increase my per hour with some bonus's. No on said you had try to pay break even poker when clearing a bonus.
