So here is something interesting.

Empire's $20,000 WSOP freeroll was today. Out of 759 I took 3rd. Only two got the spot. Before you shed a tear, one of the guys remaining said he wsa only 18.

Question: Should I get the spot bc you have to be 21 to play at the WSOP?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as a ticket to the WSOP is at stake.

If the kid is underage and cannot participate in the WSOP, I think that I
should get the seat. What you (Empire Poker) are doing is not fair and an
easy cop out instead of paying for someone to reporesent Empire Poker at the

I've worked in a customer care center and this kind of stuff is more common than you think. Just ask for a phone number and nothing more so they can't ignore the question and just call them. You might be able to call party if empire doesn't give you a number.

I have asked for a phone number and they said that phone service is not available. Anybody have a phone number to Party?

No help calling Party. Guess I gotta stick with the emails. But I am not giving up.

When you ask multiple questions, you may not get all the answers so just send an email that's "what is your number so I can contact customer care" and just call and ask for a supervisor if you still get nowhere. However, if its anything like the place I worked, asking for a supervisor could delay your response but they get to it eventually.

We would like to inform you that we're going to talk in circles about this issue until you finally give up and go away.

This was given to me in a recent email from them. I also asked them what they would do if everyone who won a seat was under the age of 21. They gave me some bs about that too. Fuck Empire, this really pisses me off. It is an easy cop out for them. I don't understand why they wouldn't want the representation there.

Maybe because they want to save $10000?
