I'm trying to get hand histories from Gaming Club. There is no longer a notice that playcheck is down so I'm assuming it's supposed to be working.

Well, I can get hands up on my screen. When I click "export," it just sits there for a while and then says it's done. But the "exported" text file only ever says "There was an error processing your request."

I'm guessing it may have something to do with the new Internet Explorer upgrade. I've tried adding various sites to the "trusted" list but that doesn't seem to help.

Anybody else having similar problems? Any ideas?

The error msg saying that playcheck doesnt work is not there any more, but its still not completely fixed. I get the same thing as you. Ive talked to them and they promise its almost done.

Microgaming has purchased a complete new software package because they couldnt handle the volume. Its suppossed to be upgraded once it starts working again. Hopefully it will be soon.
