as for reads at $2nl, i wouldn't worry about it too much. just sit down play tight for three orbits, and then you'll have the minimum to trigger PAhud (you can change this, but i don't recommend going below 25). I know this isn't the same a sites you can datamine at, but i think most of this info is overated at $2NL. the rocks and maniacs will make themselves know rather quickly, and those are really the ones you need to worry about.

I've never had a problem at UB either withdrawing or depositing.
I know about 2 weeks ago though, they did a major upgrade which messed up the account admin for a few days. I had to input some information in again which should already have been there.
AFAIK it's ok now
