i requested a check from BetUS for the remainder of my balance about a week ago.

the money leaves my account. their accounting department doesnt email confirmation or anything.

i check with their CS today. apparently "all checks that were processed on Feb 15 had an error and are being reprocessed. they'll be sent out tomorrow" and i should have them next week.

well that's funny 'cause my withdrawal went through on Feb 16th.

its less than $1k so not the end of the world if i dont see it. but im still gonna be pretty pissed off if this doesnt work out.

Online poker sucks. This is just another example.

update:

apparently there is no Fedex from BetUS anymore. why the [censored] they couldnt just tell me this straight up 2 weeks ago i have no [censored] idea.

i had one CS rep tell me i couldnt cancel my withdrawal and try another method.

then i randomly received an email from Vanessa in their payouts department, saying i could in fact cancel my FedEx and do an e-check instead.

i email Vanessa to tell her how much i would love an e-check.

no response as of now (24 hours later)

i call CS today and explain the email. apparently Vanessa isn't in, so the CS woman who always answers takes the necessary info she needs to send me the e-check. she says that either her manager or someone will call me to confirm the date that it will be posted.

i email vanessa to keep her informed.

as of now: no call from CS woman. no email from vanessa. no clue if i'll even be able to get anyone on the phone once Tribeca closes to US customers, although BetUS seems confident that they'll be on a new network shortly.

i just want a straight answer about where the [censored] my money is. it's not even that much. less than $1k. and if its gonna take a while to get, that's cool. i'll be chill about it.

i just want a semi-consistent story with some degree of truth in it.

Well, i think that is asign the rest of the players that are allowed to play there should notice. If they wont process payments to customers simly because they wont service them I just wont play there.

Something like that happened to me ith Golden Palace POker. That is why I sugest everyone to stay away from any of their sites. They are more than wlling to ACCEPT the payments from anyone but when they have to send the money back to the same account that was used to fund the poker account, they give you bullshit and they hide it behind some security stuff.

I hope you receive your money. And I hope nobody ever plays at their site.

update:

it is now friday, 48 hours after i was supposed to have my money. still no money. support doesn't return my emails.

i speak to their phone support today. i'm given a vague excuse about another delay, and e-checks taking 5-10 business days instead of the 3-5 i was told. so i should have it between the 19th and the 21st.

i tell the woman on the phone that support never responds to my emails. she tells me that they've been really busy switching to their new network, so they don't have anyone checking the support emails at this point in time.

yet they have someone with enough time to send me an email from the support email address detailing their new wonderful reload bonus.

this is retarded. i've officially given up hope of seeing my $$$ from them.
