i just accumulated my 62,500 points for my $500 bonus.....tech support tells me i am not registered for the bonus. i tell them i damn well better be, and they tell me to email support.

So I call, this guy answers that sounds like his name should be Bubba. I ask about their deposit bonus and he transfers me to new accounts. New accounts guy asks me how much I want to deposit. I say 1-2K. He says he can give me $900 on 2k or $350 on 1K. I figure this sounds good. He wants to set up my account, and asks if it will be Visa or Mastercard.

I don't use my credit cards for poker anymore, so I tell him I can't do it. I say I was planning on using Neteller. I tell him that I was planning on doing it online, but their site is outdated and only shows their expired December bonus so I called only for info. He then says..."I would stay away from Neteller you know". So I ask why. He proceeds to tell me that the founders of Neteller have been arrested for running a gambling site. I sound skeptical. So he goes "yeah, it says right here that they were arrested." Sure bud. Maybe that's what you wrote down yourself when you were writing a story on your last break. So then I ask him if they even take Neteller. He said NO.

But wait...didn't all you guys use Neteller? And does their site say they take Neteller? Oh...yes it does.
