An exact error message is the most helpful information you can give.
Almost any error message or error code that you will ever see is searchable in google.

Instructions on how to make a single screen shot of an application:
While the error message is open, press simultaneously the ALT key and the PRINT SCREEN key. <alt> + <print screen>.
Then open paint(<start> <accessories> < paint>)
In paint, choose Edit, and from that dropdown menu click on Paste.
Save that picture(File, Save as...) as a JPEG or JPG file and pm it to me.
I can host it for others to see if I cannot find the answer.

Also, when was the last time you updated the definitions for and ran:
, , and your AntiVirus program?

I just realised that you probably cannot attach a file in the PM, so PM me your email address.

I think what you might have to do is go into your registry and remove the entry from there.

It is quite difficult to accomplish if you have not or are not familiar with this application.
Try and have someone that is quite knowledgable with computers to try and help you out personally on it.

TGC shows up on ad-aware but they are not tracking you it's just the way there software is. If you deleted it when you ran ad-aware I don't know what you will need to do to get it back.
