Can you deposit $200, get the bonus, and then withdraw the $200 and just use your original bankroll to clear the bonus?

Assuming you had money there to start with, yes. The bonus money is not available to play with until it is released, but they release it in $.01 increments, so every hand pretty much releases some of it.

FYI, UB did let me deposit $200 to get the bonus then immediately withdraw it. Only took them 2 days to deposit it into my bank. I chose the direct deposit method.
