I think it will be ok soon. On-game is a big network, and Pokerroom, wouldn't screw you of your bonus. It can take some time sure, but you'll get your money.

Thanks for the responses, I've cashed out the rest of my bankroll just waiting on the bonus being paid to cash that out as well. Certainly won't be playing there again. Interesting to get some others views on on-game.
No response to yesterdays Email to support at all, cheers pokerroom.
It would appear I'm not the only person in the same boat
Time will tell I guess, heres hoping they can manage to sort it out before the bonus expires in a couple of weeks.
