Well, I just got the email equivalent I think.
Back in early September I tried to open an Intertops account to do extra whoring on the Party network. For some reason things didn't seem to work out just right and I never got any kind of confirmation of my account. I figured it had to do with the fact that I already had accounts at Empire and Party and that they somehow figured this out and weren't going to let me have an Intertops account as well.
Guess what?
, 2-23-06 I receive an email from them dated September 5th, 2005 letting me know my user name and password and confirming my new account!!!! Wow! Yippee!!!! I'll just jump right on that and get my initial deposit in and start working off the bonus as soon as possible! Oh wait, it's going on 6 months since I tried to join and now they aint even a part of the network anymore! I wonder if that's still valid........
Now, I work in the United States Postal Service and in fact know just exactly how this can sometimes happens with real life, physically hold it in your hands, kind of mail. But I cannot fathom how this would happen with email! I keep a close watch on my Spam filter (can't afford to miss a good deal on penis lengthing pills or phone numbers for hot babes who actually want to talk to ME!) and I've never seen this email lounging around in there just waiting to be delivered or discarded. Where the hell has it been? Can it have been stuck in the server at Intertops this whole time?
