Auto rate players on poker tracker

Postby striker2550 » Mon Nov 15, 2004 2:27 pm

I use the rules that bisonbison created on 2+2. Anyone familiar with these?
My question is about the top two levels, eagle and moneybag.
He has both listed as "Aggro preflop (PFR < 5)".
So, does he really mean "Passive preflop" or "(PFR >5)" ?

Also, when using game time window, I run it out of an empty database so that I can see my numbers for that table just like someone else would see if they were running game time on me. I cant find any other way to show just my stats for that current session in game time window.

And, what do u do about the few who fall between the cracks? Need more icons!

I have changed my auto rate parameters to the ones that u use.
Now remember that all my stats are for limit only.
I thought that your catagories were a bit too loose and that bisons are a bit too tight so I split the difference and came up w/ the following:

preflop tight <=23
sL between 23 and 35
Loose >=35
preflop aggression aggr >=6
passive <6
total aggr aggr >1.35
passive <=1.35

I came up w/ a couple of results much different than u did.
(I am using 16,000 hands )
The LA A and the Maniac are big winners!
+14 and +18 bb/100 hands respectively!!!
I have experimented with maniac play myself and after 3,700 hands I am +4.8 bb/100 !!!
I am not a full maniac though, only LA A, cause my ViP is only (lol) 45%.
Maybe this should be a new thread?
In my 16,000 hands of "correct" play I am only at +1.0 bb/100.
I have even made more , by a little bit, in my 3,700 hands of LA A than I have playing "correctly".
Any thoughts? Anyone? These maniac stats have really been bugging me for a few months.
