Playing SnG's is a excellent way to build a bankroll. Nash has some very good articles on the main page and in the SnG section there is also some great stuff.
The only thing I don't like about playing the $5 + $1 SnG at Party is the rake. Most of the other sites $5 SnG's only have a .50 rake. If you are ITM at least 40% of the time playing the $5 SnG's go ahead and move up to the $10 ones they are not any harder and your return in double.
