Well I lost a ton playing stud today, so played some stud h/l, he, O8 and lost at those as well, so I decided to make today my own little horse of 3 outers and nut flushes getting boated, so loaded up some PLO on stars.

I have played PLO about 4 times and never above $10.

Wow, hadent looked at what he had till pasting. I guess that was about the best possible holding I could have hoped for.

pot it on the flop... you're pricing in too many draws, esp. if you get multiple callers (i.e., the LP players with a nut flush draw might get great pot odds to draw).

the turn would be read dependent for me -- i'd want to know what kinds of hands this guy shows down. is he a nut peddler, or will he jam with any made hand str8 or better (clearly the latter)? with no read... i think i'd probably still get it all in the middle given that the str8 that beats be can be counterfeited and i have a flush redraw.

he probably thought he had fold equity and a flush redraw (if his str8 was no good), so his play wasn't THAT bad. you really held his nightmare hand.
