I was thinking that the only hand that calls the reraise (or if I get 3 bet) is if he has the 3rd 10 somewhere.

He can't have a third ten because they are all accounted for. Raise 3rd street facing these guys upcards which are crippling each other for the most part. I raise on 7th as well as his most likely hand there is two pair that you beat.
