At nano limits you may as well stick to UB or Stars - plenty of games, decent players and good software. I would move up to the 2c/5c games asap and build up to $200 or so and then spend $70 on PokerTracker.. After that I would think about getiing up into the 5c/10c games but buying in for $5 until my roll reached $200 again. At about $500 I would start thining about the $25 tables (10c/25c) and bonus whoring. It's a long slow road but I made some basic mistakes this week that cost me $1500 - it's better to make more mistakes on the penny tables and less on the $200 ones
