you have to install it from a clean computer. Or use a program like Virtual PC.

There is a way to install by deleting some registry keys, but getting into the registry is never advised, unless you know what you're doing!

You could try intertops and coral.

If you want to remove the party/empire registry keys i have a link to an easy walkthrough. It's really very simple; they basically install a key and hide it (in window's calculator, if memory serves!) that tells your computer that Empire or Party is installed on it with a local account. Get rid of the key and you can install the other skins. I will try to find the link when i get home, though a quick google search might help you.
