That's the number that I tried Monk for international calls but it doesn't work with just those numbers alone. At least it doesn't from Venezuela. I have never come across an 8 digit phone number. Still no return emails from the bastards. So much for 24/7 service.

To call the USA from venezuela, have you tried the top number? When I needed to sort something out at pay pro (living in the UK) I dialled 01 877 776 1204 and that got me straight through to them. Obviously it wont be toll free, but it worked for me. Just diall the USA code first (01 or 001 i think) then 887 776 1204.

Oh, and if you don't fancy paying the charges, get them to call you back on your number...

Thanks Monk I will give that a shot. I just remembered trying to dial a toll free number from here once and it wouldn't work but perhaps it was something else.

That worked Monk, thanks. Their explanation that my account had been put on hold for a "routine" check of information. It would have been very nice if they would have actually let me in on the deal.
