Yeah, it's just strange that it's such an odd amount.

And I just sat at a .25/.50 table for shits and giggles to give it a run. I lost a buyin within 10 hands *sigh*.

A-Q. I raise to $3 preflop after there was 2 limpers. One of them calls. Flop QQ3. Money. I bet out $8 expecting to win it here. Guy calls. Turn comes a nice card, 5. I bet out for $18. He thinks and calls again. WTF? split pot? 3's?

River comes 8. I feel pretty comfortable again...and bet $20 (should have just pushed for $25 or whatever I had). He pushes the last few $. I call.

He turns over Q3. I can't even begin to explain how frustrating this is. -$50 in less than 5 minutes. Miserable.

I hit a full house, 2 hands in a row...my first 2 hands sitting down. I lost with both. BOTH of them to fucking quads on the river.
