Hmmm... I'd guess hand 1.

The QT straight draw should be be significantly devalued because their straight draws are shared and there's a couple of blockers out there. That really hurts the straight draws and should cripple hand 2 as he only has that straight draw and Hand 1's better kicker kills his top pair. The flush draw from hand 3 is live so that should give him a nice chunk of equity along with his janky backdoor low. Hand 1 has the best backdoor low draw and also currently the best hand with top pair top kicker. I'd guess Hand 1 has the best equity since it has the current best hand with the best low, and none of the competing draws are in aggregate likely to get there by the river.
