I'm sure as reasonable people their first course of action, if they were to take exception, would be to say "take it off", rather than "see you in court".

It's not like we're trying to look like we're part of their organization, trading off their name or anything like that. We're just a humble poker website with a similar shaped logo!

I've now emailed the NFL asking for their OK (or not).

The NFL gave me a standard response which did not fully address my question, but it seems clear that we would be unable to use the logo long term.

I've therefore removed it. We might leave that area blank for now.
