2 folds, UTG+2 calls t40 (pot was t60), 3 folds, Hero calls t40 (pot was t100), 2 folds, 2 folds, BB checks.

Flop: (t140, 3 players)
BB checks, UTG+2 checks, Hero bets t80, BB calls t80 (pot was t220), UTG+2 folds.

Turn: (t300, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t100, BB calls t100 (pot was t400).

River: (t500, 2 players)

I knew he had a K and was trying to milk him while hoping he wouldn't hit his kicker. When the board double paired on the end I knew my hand was no good but really couldn't fold for such a small lead bet. Any issues with my flop limp? I think my turn bet was probably too small as well, maybe bet closer to 150 or 200 but I'm not sure.

You played it just fine.

If I had to argue an alternate strategy, I would point out that he had 10 outs on the turn. Some people prefer to play bottom boat faster in those situations because they can be a bit vulnerable.
