Having a girlfriend is not -EV if it's a good one, and without one life doesn't really have much meaning. We're programmed to procreate you know. I would strongly advice against taking any advice from most of the guys here since they're mainly chauvinist pigs who aren't in touch with their feelings and will die of stress induced heart attacks while crying to some crack-addicted hooker about how mommy never loved them. Taking relationship advice from them would be like taking poker advice from Tyrone Biggums. A good relationship is +EV in poker since it will reduce tilt if nothing else, being on a losing streak sucks a lot less if you're happy with the other parts of your life.

You should however considering taking these guys advice on Poker and switch gears. You've spent an awful lot of time establishing a reckless image and I'm fairly sure that both Sklansky and Doyle would consider it -EV to not make use of it. If you switch between TAG and your normal LAG style you'll get the best of both worlds and make your opponents play even more sub-optimally against you.
