Made back about $1300 today and got one step closer to Barcelona.

I just finished up a session that was OVER 4 hours long. That is crazy. I made like $2100. Damn it feels good to be a gangster. I also made like $680 in a session during the day. I feel like it's slowly getting easier for me to play regularly, and even 3+ hours a day (obviously doesn't sound like much but that'd certainly be a step forward from my normal play). NL is facing me with new interesting challenges, and rewarding me more regularly to keep me motivated.

I really find the Stars game interesting. I will be playing 5 tables sometimes and like 85% of the the people are multi-tabling regulars. Somehow I'm still making a shitload. Possibly because I can get sick value out of these regulars in hands like the following:



Earlier I flopped a flush draw and bet it the whole way and he called me down with A5 on a TA627 board earlier in the session on a different table and it was good. The betting in that one went $18, $52, $140. So I spent $210 building the idea in this regulars feeble brain that a pair of aces is always good against me (and I still had 9 outs in that one). That $210 netted me $384 shortly thereafter with the kind gentlemen only having 3 outs, as opposed to the 9 I had in the previous one.

I feel like my NL game is improving very rapidly, and getting to the point where I'd call myself a very strong shorthanded NL cash player.
