You overplayed it when you didn't fold on third. That's a terrible starting hand for Stud/8. There's not one street in this hand that you shouldn't have folded.

Don't play Stud/8 like most every fish in the sea who overvalues their high draws and middle and high pairs. High draws should never be played, and high pairs should never be played unless it's a pair of aces or unless there's no higher card on the board. Pick up Super System II and read Todd Brunson's chapter on Stud/8.

His platinum rule: Never enter or play out a hand where you're playing for a split of the pot. And keep in mind that low hands can turn into high hands, but high hands can't turn into low ones.

Other highlights: Never lose a pot playing a high hand past fourth street. And if you are playing a high hand, never bet into a hand that appears to be playing for low.

IF the game is fishy, i'd disagree with FF.

first, i don't think your third street call is so bad given your str8 flush potential. i would definitely say it's marginal, but not necessarily bad. it really depends on the context.

anyway, on fourth street, i think you screw the pooch. a bet-fold would certainly not be bad since there is probably one guy with a four-card low the guy with the K isn't afraid of what you're bringing. if he just flatcalls, then you might think he's on a busted low draw. when he raises, though, i think you need to have a plan -- either you need to rep trips or you need to get out. to rep trips, i'd CR 5th street.

on 5th street, a likely low made it and the worst card possible hit villain's high hand. you've got no idea where you stand, AND you're most likely playing for half the pot, AND you might be getting freerolled. betting out from OOP on this board just seems cavalier. i think a check fold would be in order unless you had a read that the high villain goes crazy with one pair and no other draws.

i realize that high villain overplayed his Ks and then played his Ks up weakly, so there is a case for playing your 2pr against him might be justifiable, but there's a good chance that you were drawing to three outs and/or villain can improve to beat you.

btw, betting out on 6th was not very smart -- you were begging the low villain to squeeze you if he had the goods.

I agree that it's marginal -- at best. Whether the game is fishy or not, this is a hand where you're going to have to get really lucky. I would contend that the game being fishy is even more reason NOT to play it because you lose some ability to get people to fold if you need to.

I don't like playing it at all.

FWIW, as MacAnthony pointed out, 4 of my spades aswell as one Ten are gone already in other peopeles hole cards, so i would assume that should move it from the "marginal" crowd to the "unplayable" crown. I was playing like 7 tables of other games though so I didn't notice that at the time.

As far as my play went, I thought i was splitting the pot with the guy going for low once I hit my 2 pair which is the reason I led out on all streets, i lead thinking the other guy going for high had a bare pair of kings and would call, then the low guy would raise and i would call, KK guy would also call there feeling he had to.

MacAnthony also suggested another line of 3-betting 5th (or maybe 4th) street to drive out the other guy going for high, which i don't think is a bad idea at all. Of course folding PF would save me the trouble of being in that situation.

Terrible call with 4 spades out. Spades are dead and you have no low draw. There is very little chance that you are not against 2 or 3 low draws.

Fold on 3rd.

I would play that hand in stud (taking 1 card if I could get it cheap), but unless you catch perfect (10s) on 4th, you are almost always dead in that hand.
