Yeah, pretty much what Kuso said. No sense getting heads up here, call the flop and increase your odds.

I don't raise the turn for the same reason. You won't get an A3 to fold, well, ever. You would still have over T700 left if the river totally kills you (no flush, board pairs) and can recover. The thing is, the pot will be big enough that if you hit you are more than likely to get paid off since you'd get some crying calls based on pot odds alone. You have position here, might as well use it.

Of course the standard 'chip up or bust out so you can play another' SnG theory can also pertain here, in which case you push the turn as you did. I think either way is reasonable.

Well, I like the flop raise. Calling with just a one-way draw seems rather weak to me, I think I'd consider folding before calling here. It's not so much a case of getting rid of naked A2s (of which there may not be any, given you hold an A and there was no raise preflop) but getting rid of the A3s. You have good equity for high and you may "promote" your high chances by raising (i.e. it may allow you to win with one pair if you get heads up with an A2 or bare A3 or whatever). You may win outright. You may get all in with a hand like two pair which is a fairly big dog here. Basically, I think if you're going to call this hand preflop you can't really be expecting anything better than this, can you?

On the turn it depends on reads and the like. The way you played it I think I'm folding against most opponents - pot bet plus call = likely A3 somewhere, which basically leaves you drawing to half a pot or one card for the scoop. In a $5 SnG it's quite possible you're good for low, though again I'd hesitate to think that was the case at higher levels.
