I think I know what network this is, with the same core of players playing from 2/4 up to 10/20. If it is the same players that you are beating at 2/4 and 3/6, I would chase them all the way to 10/20 (I did, but I got severly cold decked at 10/20 and ended up down overall before leaving to chase other bouses). I would definately chase them to at least 5/10. Go get 'em.

I can tell you that the jump between 2/4 and 3/6 is noticeable. The jump between 3/6 and 5/10 (at Stars, especially) is mindblowing. You can play a 10-handed game at 3/6 and find 2 solid players, 2 'ok' players, and 6 donkeys. At the 5/10 game, you're looking at 5 solid players, 3 'ok' players, and 2 donkeys. It seems like at Stars the 5/10 is where all the small/mid-stakes sharks settle.

Remember, you're not racing anyone (i assume). And if you move up before either your bank roll or (more importantly) you can handle it, you're gonna wind up suffering the consequences.

yeh - like donks that get a lucky score in a big MTT, then blow it in $1000 NL games..

There was a guy named "Amexos" who I used to play all the time at $200NL at Prima. he got 14th in last years WSOP and won $400K.

By the time he got back, I was playing $1000NL and he started playing there. He got his ass kicked like there was no tomorrow.

I dont know how he got that far in the WSOP, because he was just avg, but that shows you what happens when your bankroll is higher than your skill level.
