I can set up a bunch of the HU tournaments. It would be a simple matter for the winner to just transfer 10.00 back to the loser thereby making it a 5.00 buy in tourny. Let me know if this is what you want to do. One thought on keeping everyone involved until the end is to hold a HU tourny between us all at the end and the two highest finishers of the respective divisions of players not already in the playoffs could receive a wildcard birth and play the 2nd ranked person of the division in a first round playoff match.
