I see 20 buy-ins being recommended for a NL bankroll. Im thinking that to be safe, I will use a 23 buy-in strategy. When I have 23 buy-ins for the next higher limit I move up. If I drop 3 buy-ins after moving up, I move down and rebuild. Im thinking that 3 buy-ins should give me a pretty good shot at the next higher limit.
I recently had to cash out most of my bankroll, hence the reason to have a plan. I have made some arrangements that will allow for an outside deposit to get me back in the game. Before cashing out I was grinding hands at the stars $5FR game and doing well. I made the jump to the $10 game and quickly made just as much as I had at the lower game. Im thinking that with 23 buy-ins for $10FR I should have plenty of loot to keep me in business.
My goal is to get up to $575 and jump to the $25FR games. I plan on playing at UB where I have $240 in bonus loot waiting to be cleared. Playing 2500-3000 hands per month Im thinking I can clear about 10-15 dollars in bonus per month in addition to anything that variance allows me to win.
Making another outside deposit may take a while so Im going with a safe plan that keeps me in the game while hopefully allowing me to move up rather quickly. You guys see anything that I should change or adjust?
As far as UB, I like the software and bonus can be cleared at the limits I will be playing. As always, thanks for any ideas or suggestions.
