This Charles guy seems to have no idea about the value of money. Are his parents millionaires or something? He donks off $6K at Bodog (that takes some doing), then tries his hand at NL (a game he knows nothing about) by jumping into a 400NL game. I have in my mind's eye the image of a lost rich kid wandering around with far more cash than sense.

I went to school with some people like this. Most of them ended up as drug addicts.

Charles is a slightly winning limit hold em player who constantly clears bonuses. He turned $500 that I loaned him about 2 years ago into a $25k bankroll. I've said for a while that his limit hold em (pretty much the only game he plays) play was not nearly as good as his results have shown and eventually it would show. It started to show within the last month on Bodog imo.

He is a losing NL player, but not a total complete and utter donator. He can play NLHE tournaments or cash games with stacks no higher than 60 big blinds reasonably well. Any deeper than that and he starts to show some flaws.

He normally plays $4/$8-$10/$20 LHE. He played some $20/$40 and $30/$60 and $50/$100 as of late with generally poor results. Playing $400 NL to a $10/$20 LHE player isn't really a big risk or anything. And as I said, he has some decent fundamentals.

i've told you repeatedly for 6 months to play on bodog. i don't know why you never listen to me.

God this month sucks.
