Here is their reply. To tell you the truth though, I could care less if they punish them now (unless they give all their tournament entries to me) since the action has already been committed. I'm glad they defined what I've already told them in their reply to me.

Soft play refers to players that are not acting according to the cards they have. They are trying to help a friend or other player by not betting or raising when it would be appropriate to do so.

Chip dumping is when a player raises to increase the pot and then folds even if they could have won the hand in order to transfer chips to a friend.

Both are considered collusion and can result in the suspension of a player's account.

We have forwarded your email to our Security and Control Department. They will conduct a full investigation and take action against all players involved.

I would demand a ticket here. However I wouldn't demand action against any particular player, since collusion (implicit without chat though) happens 99% of the time in satellites.

I've actually had pretty positive results customer service results with AP in the past, but this one is going nowhere. I've sent them 3 e-mails telling them I could care less how they punish the other players, but give me a ticket, give me a refund, give me points, give me something. I mean the evidence is right there in the chat. Each time I get a reply telling me that they can't tell me how they are punishing the other players.
