You just keep calling, unfortunately you're out of position.

You gain one unit if you raise and Santafe calls but both players behind fold, but you gain two if they both call.
If one calls and one folds you have gained the same as raising.

Your best move is to call until the river and pop the raise in there - of course thats where the biggest scare will come if you do get reraised.

On the river if they make flushes/straights they will not beat you but may call/raise for extra value. Of course the worst thing that could happen would be for Santafe to checkraise you on 7th when he boats but if it happens it happens.

I max it out all the way from 5th on. SantaFe obviously has trips, and I have to make him pay maximum to keep drawing at his boat.

I raise 5th. You don't know that the other two will call behind, so going for overcalls is risky in that you may not charge Sante Fe an extra bet and you may miss the overcalls. Once you get the overcalls on 5th, you should go for overcalls on sixth too. You get an extra BB, and their boards aren't scary.
