This game will always keep you in check. Just when I was getting too high with the highs (being up $8k for the month in 3 days and such).
I had a nice $5000 correction today.
I'm currently down $4000 for the month in $5/$10 HU. The caliber of player there is simply too good for me to beat right now. Here is an instance where I was completely outplayed:
You can learn a lot from the better players up there. All this time I thought pushing with combo draws was something you were supposed to do when you have folding equity and 2 cards to come. Shows how much I know!
I guess being up $3,500 for the month after 3 days is still pretty good. I guess that still puts me on pace for a $35,000 month, which would be pretty good I suppose.
