First stop drinking that piss colored beer and start drinking Guinness you'll automatically feel better knowing you're drinking a real beer
.
Seriously though (I know you know this but) playing on tilt is horrible, here's a few suggestions:
If you haven't already drop down in limits....just to get your head on straight. But play good poker don't just call hands because you're betting less $ than you normally would. If you continue to run bad it's better to do it at say .5/1 or 1/2 as opposed to 3/6.
Set a stop loss for a session...Jennifer Harman is an advocate of it why not give it a shot. Pick a number 35BB for a session 40BB, etc. Not too low that you quit after a few bad hands and not high enough where you feel like you got hammered.
Book some winning sessions....Meaning if you play less hands than normal and get up a fair amount stop playing. I know it's the opposite of what you should be doing but we're not talking "normal" circumstances here. You're tiliting easily and are used to losing sessions, hell you're anticipating them when you play. Stop some sessions early when you're up...Even if it's not a ton of money, if you win a few quick hands and get up a bit close all your tables and enjoy a winning session.
Also look over PT sessions, were you playing some more hands than usual, getting more aggressive than ususal with marginal situations, etc.
Post some hands the limit section can use some action
